Global Kidney Academy

In June 2011 a new educational portal (OLA: OnLine Academy) was launched http://www.gkaonlineacademy.com/ developed by the Global Kidney Academy (GKA), Sheffield, UK.

This educational website provides, free of charge, Nephrologists with a range of educational resources including Lectures, Case-Based discussions and Self-assessment, Blogs, Nephrology Library, Journals Abstracts and news alerts as well as an interactive Forum allowing instant discussion of any Nephrology topic with a Faculty of international experts. In addition, OLA offers the scope of Clinical and research consultations. A Manuscript submission section offers Nephrologists the opportunity of comments and feedbacks on manuscripts they are preparing to submit to peer review journals.
